Woow, my life as vegan is going great!

I do really enjoy it, I have a feeling of that my body is clean. I feel light in a way I can´t describe in any other words, not light as in lost of weight, it´s an other feeling. I also feel lighted because I know that no animal is suffering because of what I choose to eat. I thought that it would be a lot harder than it is to be without eggs and some cheese. I do feel like being a problem when we talk about what to eat, but I instead of that feeling I have chosen to be the one to do the groceries and the cooking. The other problem is the restaurants. The vegan options are not many, there are some really great places to have lunch but not for dinner. To solve that problem you have to let go of any cravings of what you have to have. So I can always find something to eat!

I will go on as hardcore vegan until thursday, and probably continue with it, I will have discussion with myself at friday with pros and cons =) I did promise my first trainingtrip clients Cecilia and Jens some recipe of the breakfasts they got.

Over night oats – Över natten havregryn =)

1 portion

1dl oats, 2 spoons chia, 1 spoon vanilla powder, 1/2 spoon kardemumma & 2-3 dl almond/oatmilk. mix it before bedtime. Stir around in the morning, add more milk if you like. Slize some mango/papaya/kiwi to top it up with and then some pumpkinseeds =)

Green smoothiebowl

2 portions

3dl water, 1-2 dl oatmilk, 1 spoon chia, 1 spoon shells from psylliumseeds, 2 big hands spinach, 2-3 cm ginger, 1 spoon spirulina, 1/2 avocado (save the other half to the next day in the fridge with it´s core in it), 1/2 banana & 1 orange. Mix it and top it up with some sunflowerseeds, granola and maybe som papaya =)

 

Every weekend there is an ecological market in different part of costa del sol. I love it =)
